Join us this Thursday and Friday for spooktacular Stroller Strides classes and Playgroups!Dress the kids up in their costumes and bring a pumpkin to workout with - a 2-3 lb Sugar Pumpkin works best! We'll be doing exercises with the pumpkins so be sure to choose wisely! We have special songs and exercises planned for everyone!
Stick around after class for Halloween Crafts to make with your littles and decorate your home! Please feel free to bring a snack to the playgroup!
This is a family event so everyone is welcome to attend!
