During this season of celebration and feasts, help us provide food to those in need! St. Peter's Food Pantry in Chelsea was founded in 1981 with the mission to address increasing hunger in the neighborhood. The pantry currently distributes 300-450 bags of non-perishable food per week, and with your help, even more! Add to our collection bin in the studio from Nov 16-Jan 16 (a little something is in it for you, too!).

Join kinected studio director Matt McCulloch as he takes you through this 75-minute masterclass focusing on back injury prevention and recovery. Matt will cover exercises specifically modified to not only prevent injury but take you to the next functional level of strength.
