BOYS BASKETBALL


BOYS BASKETBALL SMASHES TIGERS


The Mason boys bball team goes to 2-0 on this young season with a 66-31 blasting at Loveland on Tuesday night. The Comets put up a 20-5 advantage after the first quarter. The team was led by Landen Long's 22 points. Noah Pedelty and Tanner Knue chipped in 13 and 12 points respectively. Pedelty dished out 5 assists.

The Comets will host their home opener against visiting Colerain this Friday.

The Comets travel to Perry Meridian, Indiana, for the Falcon duals next Saturday, Dec. 9th.

GIRLS BOWLING UPDATE


The Mason Girls bowling team fell to Hamilton on Tuesday, 1785-1484. No details provided.

Next up the Comet girls visit Seton on Wednesday, Dec. 6th.

BOYS BOWLING

BOYS BOWLING UPDATE




On Monday the boys bowling team lost to Lasalle while posting one of their top scores ever. Lasalle also posted one of their top scores. Final score Lasalle 3091 Mason 2975. Game highlights below:

Evan Haas posted a 279, 278 (557 two game series), Michael Finley 213, 219 and Kian Encarnacion 247, 181.

The Mason boys opened GMC play on Tuesday with a big 2409-2004 win over Hamilton. Evan Haas had the high series with a 386.

Next up the Comet boys will visit Elder on Wednesday, Dec. 6th.

COMPETITION CHEER

COMPETITION CHEERLEADING FIRST AT EARLY EVENTS


The Mason Competition Cheer team season is underway and doing very well. In early season events the Comets have earned three first place finishes at Spirit Fest on Oct. 21st, Midwest Showcase on Nov. 4th and Cheermax on December 3rd.  Congratulations so far, to all the athletes on all your accomplishments!
Next up for the team is the Memorial Spirit series on January 14th.
