We are excited to invite you to our upcoming 15th-anniversary celebration and fundraising event on April 1st at Barber Park's Simpkin Pavilion from 6 pm to 8 pm. Operation Xcel is a 21st Century Community Learning Center nonprofit organization that provides underserved students with opportunities to participate in enriching academic programming throughout the school year and summer months.

For the past 15 years, Operation Xcel has served 2,623 children in Greensboro, High Point, Stokesdale, Jamestown, and Gibsonville, with more than 90% of participating students showing academic growth in reading, math, and science. We take a holistic approach to help students and families in our communities by providing after-school, summer, and mentorship programs and family and community engagement programming.

Our anniversary celebration is a fundraising event with different sponsorship packages available for purchase. By sponsoring our event, you can learn more about our organization, meet our dedicated staff and volunteers, and contribute to our cause. It will be a night of joy, reflection, and appreciation with music, food, games, and a special program to recognize the individuals who have made Operation Xcel's success possible.

We are thrilled to have our founder, Charlene Gladney, in attendance, and we will be honoring her visionary leadership and tireless efforts to make Operation Xcel a reality. And, we are honored to have the Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs at NC A&T State University, Dr. Tonya Smith-Jackson as our evening's keynote speaker.
