We hope that you're all safe and healthy, and that adjusting to the "new normal" is going as well as it can for you. It's been especially tough to be separated from our friends and family during the spring holidays that we're so accustomed to spending together. Imagine if we didn't have cell phones and video chat to connect us? We miss each other and you all, and we look forward to seeing you soon. 


Business as usual? Not exactly! We want to be here for you while still maintaining adequate social distance and excellent sanitation practices. Health and safety are our highest priorities. We’ll be modifying our hours and operations - see below for both. 

What does this mean? Our staff will be wearing masks and gloves - please do the same if you visit. We will be drastically limiting customer entry into the stores. We ask that you line up outside, 6 feet apart. We’ll handle transactions curbside or at the door whenever possible. Any repairs or inspections will have a minimum charge of $10 for sanitization. We'll be disinfecting our commonly-touched surfaces hourly, and washing our hands frequently 

If you can order online for store pickup, please do! Visit www.bicyclehabitat.com to get started. Need help? Just call or email whichever store you wish to pick up from and we’ll help you navigate the site and make the process as seamless as we can. Please allow 48-hour processing time for any online order, as in-stock bikes will need to be assembled, and “in warehouse” items will need time to get to the store. 

Prefer to make a purchase in-store? Email or call first. We’ll complete as much of the process ahead of time as is possible. If we need to order something from a distributor for you, we can save you an extra trip to the shop. If you email, please keep in mind that we are receiving a higher number of calls and emails than usual and that we’ll get back to you within 24 hours - please only contact one email address at a time.
