There is a national bike shortage, unlike anything I have seen before. This is due to increased demand and extensive disruptions to the supply chain. My advice: when you see something that you like - BUY IT. I expect to have a very limited inventory of our most popular bicycles very soon. 

Our hours of operation are in flux. Please check our website and Google pages for our most up-to-date hours rather than calling - we are updating those two sources regularly.     

          We are working hard to care for our customers safely. 

We are sanitizing surfaces and products regularly, washing our hands frequently, and wearing masks and gloves. 

Per NYS, all customers must wear face coverings and maintain an appropriate distance from each other and our staff when visiting. These measures have been tough for us all to get used to, but everyone has to do their part to protect their community. The more careful we are now, the sooner that things can begin the slow return to normalcy. 

There are lines outside of our shops - please expect to wait. We are greeting and serving our customers on the sidewalk, rather than having them come inside the shops. We will bring products outside for you to see and/or try. You can always browse our website while you wait! You are always welcome to order ahead for pickup - but please allow 48 hours for in-stock products to be ready or approximately 3 days for bicycle assembly. "In warehouse" items may be delayed in getting to us. 

Our current workflow prioritizes safety over speed. Occasionally, we can't get to the phone, and our email responses may take up to 24 hours.  We appreciate your patience and will take care of you as fast as possible.

Our repair shops are open and humming along. We're not taking appointments - just come by at your convenience. We'll bring your bike inside for service while you wait outside. We will help you on a first-come-first-served basis. After assessing your bike, we will either complete minor jobs while you wait or have you leave your bike with us for more comprehensive work.  

We are allowing bicycle test rides - please wear a mask and gloves for these. Email the location you want to visit ahead of time so that we can make sure we have something ready for you to try and minimize unnecessary trips. We may ask for a refundable deposit to assemble and hold a bike that is not built. 

Extensive shipping delays: Our suppliers are running behind in getting orders out, and almost all shipping companies are struggling to deliver on time. It is taking us longer than usual for us to receive product, and timing can be unpredictable.
