I love all the graphic tees and you can wear these with your shorts or you can dress them up by adding a cute denim jacket over them. If you don’t want to be completely decked out in red, white and blue, you can just add some fun accessories like jewelry, handbags, shoes, scarves, headscarf or even a "hair scrunchy”.
