November 2022

Hello from Leadership Unlimited!

Leadership Unlimited will now encompass all our programs, events, and fundraisers, acting as a parent brand which embraces our mission: to educate individuals committed to developing leadership skills to improve our community.  While our flagship program, Leadership Tomorrow, remains as present as ever, our new name exemplifies the growth mindset of our dynamic organization.
Our desire has always been to meet the growing needs of our community. As a result, we have developed unique services to educate and empower through cohort environments, provide manageable two-day sessions, events to connect alumni, and much more.

Hall County Leadership Unlimited Inc. conducted a candidate survey to highlight local leaders running for office. All Hall County candidates appearing on the ballot, with at least one challenger, received the survey to complete. Survey responses will be shared, unedited, in alphabetical order by last name, grouped by the office for which the candidates are running. Candidates were sent the survey using the contact information provided on the Hall County Election Commission’s page within hallcountyne.gov. Please contact candidates directly for any requested discussion or clarification about their responses to survey questions. Summit Recap

The Summit focused on retaining talent and building collaborative teams in the workplace while giving attendees tangible take-aways to implement. This year’s keynotes were Jill Christensen and Greg Miyoshi. As well as 9 high level breakout sessions focused on everything from time-management to unconscious bias to accountability. We can't wait to do it all again next year!

Leadership Tomorrow October Session

With a day focused on local government, the class heard from many dedicated leaders, challenging them to broaden their perspectives, learn about election and procedural processes, and evaluate their own ethical guidelines.
Thank you to Paul Hoos Shelter Insurance for being the LT October session partner!

Youth Leadership Tomorrow October Session

The YLT October session was centered on professional preparedness. Class members got to interact with many passionate, involved local leaders, developing skills needed to step into their own professional futures.
Thank you to Chief for being the October Session Partner!

Elevate Grand Island

Our newest program, Elevate Grand Island offers a hands-on learning experience, intended to empower and inform Grand Island’s New American leadership. This program was developed through a collaborative effort between Leadership Unlimited, the Multicultural Coalition, Central Community College Adult Education, and the Heartland United Way. We are all so excited for the first class to be underway!
These nine particpants will meet from now until December 15th. Each week they will learn about the Grand Island community, their leadership potential, and ways they can make an impact. We wish them all well as they embark on this new journey!

Thank you to our financial partners for ensuring this program's creation:
