Hello Runner!
Week 5,  That means we are over a half way through!  Everyone was looking great on Saturday as we completed our first mileage run!  Woot woot!
Here are the basics for this week.....

#3 Ducks in a row!  Not only are we asking coaches to remind their groups, we are asking each of you to help us with this request.  Please coach each other to stay single file when we run the greenway and on the roads in Shelby.  We need to make space for people to pass who are on bikes, roller blades or running.  Thanks so much for helping keep this program going by being good neighbors to all who use the parks.  The community internet boards light up when we aren't doing so well at this and our mission is to make East Nashville a great place to run, work and live.

We are over half way through our program and I believe I have already seen pumpkin decor out in some stores!  Our focus?  Tomatoes!  Can't wait to see EACH of you in this picture for 2016!
