Last chance to sign up for Wednesday's program!

Proof is not only a bar and restaurant, but also a collaborative resource and community for food and beverage professionals. When the pandemic suddenly delayed their grand opening in spring of 2020, the Proof team went to work to pivot their model, which included building uniquely designed resources for other restaurants in the community. Fast forward to today, the restaurant side of Proof hosts several up-and-coming restaurateurs and makers in their test kitchen, and their Restaurant Recovery course has been launched in four markets in Tennessee.

Join the Lookout Chapter of PRSA on February 3, 2021 as Proof co-founder Mia Littlejohn and marketing specialist Tim Moore share their best practices on how restaurants — including their own — can show resilience and ultimately pave the way for long-term success amidst uncertain times. Their presentation will include insight into how critical communications efforts — such as employee communications, crisis communications and managing channels — can play a significant role in a business’s success.

Registration for the virtual program is available through Eventbrite. Networking begins at 11:30 a.m., followed by the main program at Noon. PRSA membership is not required to attend.

Help us build content

Over the course of 2021, we will be working to provide you with new content on the PRSA Lookout website. One feature recently added to the site is a jobs board. We need your help to keep this section current. If you know of an opening in the greater Chattanooga area in the public relations field, please share it with us at lookoutprsa@gmail.com.
