Every year about this time, Executive Chef Chip Ulbrich and his culinary team embrace all things porcine. It's what they like to call "Hogtoberfest"—a special, limited-time-only dinner menu that features finger-licking-good dishes like baby back pork ribs with root beer BBQ sauce, a juicy grilled pork chop with Creole mustard glaze, pork osso bucco with green tomato-lemon risotto, and pork sausage sliders with green tomato chow chow. Mouth watering yet? We thought so. But you have to hurry because it won't last—it all ends on November 1.
