Global Friendship Spring Picnic!

Join students from around the world (domestic and international) and local community members to enjoy food, fun, and hopefully nice spring weather at Peffer Park!

Games, fried chicken, veggies and dip, and drinks will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to bring a game or dish to share. All are welcome to join this event that aims to bring together students and local community members in the spirit of friendship and cultural exchange.

Please confirm your attendance if you plan on joining.

Bus Trip to the Zoo Tomorrow

Still a few spots remaining to visit the Cincinnati Zoo, one of the oldest and best zoos in the U.S.!

Tickets include zoo entry fee and bus transportation: $21/person; $10/child (ages 2-12); children under 2 years old are free. Students are welcome to bring friends and family. Please register by 5pm TODAY.

Taste of the World presented by the ISA

Saturday, April 16 at 6:00 - 8:00pm -- Indian Students Association will be hosting a tasting of authentic cuisine from around the world in McGuffey Hall, Room 322. Welcome to sign up if you would like to share a food from your culture.

Learn from the Miami University Police Department about how to get a U.S. driver's license and safe driving practices in the U.S.

This is your opportunity to share your feedback on ISSS and what we could do to improve your experience! We are currently reviewing our programs and services to see what is working, what's not, and what could be changed, added, or improved. We have put together a short anonymous survey in order to get your thoughts on what you would like to see from ISSS. We want to hear from all of our students!

Students who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter their name into a drawing for one of four $25 Amazon gift cards.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The deadline for completing the survey is Sunday, April 24. Winners will be notifed by email on Monday, April 25.

Global Initiatives is looking for friendly, outgoing, self-motivated student employees to work at the Advising Center's front desk. For more information, apply to join the Global Initiatives team.

Howe Writing Center Annual Poetry Contest: As a prism separates light into color, so our pencils separate our thoughts into words. Write a poem of two pages or less about any or all of the colors inidicated, distilling the meaning they hold for you. SUBMISSIONS DUE FRIDAY, APRIL 22ND
