Voting is available in-person at Albina Library until it closes for construction starting March 18, as well as North Portland Library and Dishman Community Center until March 27. Meet the winning North Portland interior

With over 1200 votes, North Portland Library patrons will be feeling cool in blue thanks to the winning interior design. Inspired by Afrofuturism and the Black imagination, the palette shows royal blues with golden accents that celebrate Black excellence in the past, present and future.
