Dear Friends,
Look at this awesome group of people! Last weekend we gathered 60 staff and volunteer leaders from 12 different cities around Germany, Austria and Switzerland for Young Life training and encouragement. This is one of the crazy cool things I get to lead in my new position! This was also the first time we were able to gather for this Leader Weekend in 3 years. There were so many new people in the room, including several new areas that are starting. What an encouragement, that God is always moving, even when whole years don't go as we would have planned.
We talked about what it means to go out there into the world of young people and develop relationships. We spent time praying, worshiping and connecting with God. We laughed together and played together. We shared experience and insights and walked away more able to do the job we've been called to.
Thank you for supporting us in this vision of raising up leaders who will reach the next generation in German-speaking countries. The leaders in this room represent many hundreds of teens and young people who may otherwise have no adults in their lives sharing hope and meaning. God is moving- and your prayers and support are part of making that happen!
