Our sincerest apologies! We learned this morning about the technical issue with saving rankings and preferences on the Approaching Stanford Forms. We took the link offline briefly and our IT team has just informed us that the issue is now resolved.

Deadline Extended to Monday, June 13, 8am PDT
You can now log back in to your forms and complete them. Even if you had already submitted your forms prior to the technical issues, we recommend that you log in and review your rankings and preferences to ensure they are accurate. If needed, please contact us and we will re-open your forms so you can make edits.
In recognition of this unexpected situation, we have extended the deadline to submit your forms to Monday morning, June 13, at 8:00 a.m. PDT.
Thank you to the many of you who emailed and called us alerting us to the issues. We are working our way through your emails and reading them carefully. We know you've spent a great deal of time filling out your forms and want to reassure you that we will take good care with your rankings and preferences!
