FAFSA - Opening October 1 

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid Opens on October 1 and all students are encouraged to submit their application early. Between now and October 1 students should review the materials needed to complete the FAFSA, create their FSA ID and review some FAFSA frequently asked questions

    Amount: $1,000
    GPA Requirement: N/A
    Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who will be majoring in STEM (science, technology, engineering, or math).
  • Save a Life Scholarship
    Closing Date:
    October 1
    Amount: $1,500
    GPA Requirement: N/A
    Description: Scholarship is open to students currently enrolled in, or applying to enroll within the next academic year, in a degree program in the fields of healthcare or education, at an accredited U.S. university.
  • Surety Bond Authority Scholarship Program

    GPA Requirement: N/A
    Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students who are taking courses in Accounting, Banking, and other finance-related fields.
  • Olin E. Teague Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who are U.S. citizens and plan to pursue careers in the aerospace fields.

    Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors and students currently enrolled full-time in an accredited United States technical institute, secondary votech or tuition bearing apprenticeship program in the traditional building trades (e.g. carpentry, HVAC, electrical or related fields of study.

    GPA Requirement: N/A
    Description: Scholarship is open to all high school, college, and graduate students and those planning to enroll within 12 months. Applicant must be a legal residents of the United States and international students with valid visas. Applicant must login or create an account with Niche.
  • Horatio Alger Association Scholarship
    Closing Date:

    Amount: Up to $25,000
    GPA Requirement: 2.0
    Description: Scholarship is open to high school seniors in the United States who demonstrate critical financial need ($55,000 or lower adjusted gross family income). Applicant must be involved in co-curricular and community service activities, display integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity, and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
  • Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship

    Description: Scholarship is open to current high school seniors attending school in the United States. Program recognizes students for their capacity to lead and service, and their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities.

    Description: Scholarship is open to students currently enrolled in, or have been accepted to, an institution of higher education specializing in the study of photography.
  • Local Conservation Scholarship and Essay Contest

    Description: Scholarship is open to incoming and current college students who can demonstrate a commitment to environmental conservation using past and present volunteer, professional, and educational experiences. Applicant must submit a personal statement explaining their dedication to local conservation.
  • Voice of Democracy Scholarship Competition

    Amount: Up to $30,000
    GPA Requirement: N/A
    Description: Program is open to students in grades 9-12 who are enrolled in a public, private or parochial high school or home study program in the United States, its territories and possessions. Applicant must submit a 3-5 minute essay on this year’s theme; “Is This the Country the Founders Envisioned?”
  • Zombie Apocalypse Scholarship
    Closing Date:

    Amount: $2,000
    GPA Requirement: N/A
    Description: Scholarship is open to students 13 years of age or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are currently enrolled (or will enroll no later than the fall of 2026) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education. Applicant will need to submit a short response to a given prompt.
