CADSA would like to give recognition and thanks to our Executive Director, Jennifer Botruff.  Jennifer has been with CADSA for just over 4 years, serving as the past board president for 3 years and this year stepping into the role of executive director. She has done a tremendous amount of work in a short amount of time! Jennifer is responsible for all daily operations of CADSA, including supervising staff, volunteers and outside partnership program staff.  She has secured donors, redesigned the CADSA office space, worked tirelessly to build relationships with local partners and national organizations, overhauled and makes constant updates to the CADSA website, as well as successfully launched CADSA’s current wide array of classes. She has been a volunteer for the SUDS committee for the past 3 years.  Jennifer has had a great impact on the CASDA budget over the last three years, by volunteering most of her time and implementing best practices for operating procedures to ensure efficiency. Jennifer thank you for being such a positive force for our organization and our community!
