This deer knows we have a dog and is taking his time deciding whether our fruit trees are worth the risk.  I closed the dog door and Driggs watched from the window while moaning forlornly. After about an hour the deer was right at home and even returned the next day with a few friends.  The process of building trust may be slow but is well worth the perpetual benefits.  This is true in the insurance industry as well.
