We are planning the same format as Wine & Food Affair, selling tickets and making reservations via CellarPass. Tasting will be by reservation at each winery, same time slots. You will have space to list what you are offering for the weekend, in our online program.

Additionally we will promote your Friday night tastings, winemaker dinners, wine receptions, happy hours...AND, we'd love to see wineries offer something special on Monday Jan. 17. These extra events are something you would manage on your end and sell your tickets. It's a 3-day weekend - take advantage of it.

We have 15 signed up, our goal is 40...we're getting there.

Ticket sales ended Sunday.

Our goal was to sell 500 tickets ~ we sold 1213.

Yesterday Debbie began working on the RSVP list for each winery, its a process...she will be emailing them out to each of you today. This gives you about 3 weeks to confirm with caterers and plan staffing.

Most wineries are sold out for Saturday, but everyone has seats available for Sunday.

When you receive your RSVP list, you will know how much seating you still have available and you can then book those seats directly and collect your tasting fees. This should give you plenty of time to sell those seats.
