2022-2023 Qualified Allocation Plan and Tenant Selection Plan Guidance Release: 2nd Public Comment Period Now Open 
Minnesota Housing is releasing proposed changes resulting from prior public comments on the 2022-2023 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and on the Tenant Selection Plan Guidance. 
We will accept comments on these proposed changes through Monday, October 26 at 5:00 p.m. CST. Please see below for instructions on how to share your feedback.

Public Hearing
We will hold our final public hearing on Wednesday, October 21 at 10:00 a.m. CST via conference call. We invite the public and our partners to join us to share their comments on our recent changes:

Next Steps
Minnesota Housing will review and consider public comments specific to the additional changes proposed by Minnesota Housing. Presentation and final action on the 2022-2023 QAP and on the Tenant Selection Plan Guidance are expected to occur at Minnesota Housing’s board meeting in December 2020.
