The form, fit, and function of the alternate fan is comparable. Internal testing shows that the noise level on the new fan is slightly higher at 69.4 dB (BOBP with EL unit tested) compared to the existing 64.1 dB. Please make sure to consider this while working on projects where noise emissions are of concern.
The alternate fan is expected to be included in deliveries from April 2022 to March 2023. This temporary change affects new production units as well as the spare part (PN: 2579531).
