It has been reported that a person is pretending to be Bishop Marvin C. Zanders II, Presiding Prelate of the 16th Episcopal District, AME Church. The person says that him and his niece are in the area and need help. When the person on the other end responds, a person who is supposed to be his niece responds. This is not Bishop Zanders! PLEASE BEWARE...IT IS A SCAM!!! Please HANG UP and DO NOT respond!

If you or any one else you know, receives a call, email, or text message from an AME Church Bishop or Official requesting any kind of immediate help, assistance, or favor please disregard and delete the message!

Members, PLEASE share this message to prevent others from falling victim to these scammers because they are constantly coming up with new and creative ways to con people!
