FROM THE DEAN'S DESK

We are celebrating American Pharmacists Month! The University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy has been educating pharmacists for more than one hundred and fifty years. Our Gamecock Pharmacy alumni provide positive impact on the lives of millions of patients across the country through their education, research, and clinical expertise. Pharmacists play a critical role in our health care system, and that role is ever-expanding as we work to improve health and increase access. I’m proud of how our college has adapted to prepare students for these new and innovative roles. 

Pharmacists, we greatly appreciate the work you do for South Carolina and beyond. We recognize you and thank you for a job well done.

Pharmacy Business Plan Competition Team Among the Best in the Nation

The USC College of Pharmacy team finished in the top three at the 2022 NCPA Student Business Plan Competition in Kansas City.

Walker Leadership Scholars Founder Named University's Distinguished Alum

The College of Pharmacy congratulates alumna Donna J. Walker ('79), who was named the University of South Carolina Distinguished Alumni for 2022.
