Fall COVID-19 Communication

On June 29, the university sent out a message outlining plans for the Fall 2021 semester. It addressed plans for vaccinations, testing, symptom monitoring, and masking, among other things. Read the full message on Duke's Coronavirus Response website.

Peer Academic Advising Sessions

The Peer Academic Advising Sessions project is a collaboration between members of the Duke Student Government to provide peer academic support to incoming first-year and transfer students at Duke University.
The sessions will be structured as drop-in Zoom office hours with the opportunity to learn more about course registration and the various academic offerings at Duke. Current Duke students, who will come from a variety of academic departments and programs on campus, will host the events and discuss their experiences. Any incoming student is welcome to attend one or more of our sessions to ask questions, discuss Duke, or meet our current students. You will need to register for each event that you attend, so click the links below to sign up!
If you have any questions, comments, or feedback about the program, reach out to Devan Desai (devan.desai@duke.edu)

Wellness at Duke Module Now Available

This required training is the first step in providing information to help you make well-informed decisions regarding your own wellness practices, alcohol-related risks, and Duke social culture. Throughout this Wellness Module you will learn how to navigate many aspects of Duke social culture while keeping your personal wellness in mind – managing stress by prioritizing self-care and focusing on the present moment. For more information about this module, please visit the Living section of your Blue Book.
After completing part 1, you will be sent instructions for completing part 2. Both parts need to be completed by July 30, 2021.
If you have any questions, please email duwell@studentaffairs.duke.edu.

Check Your Housing Assignment

If you submitted your housing application by the June 24 deadline, you can check your Fall 2021 housing assignment on my.duke.edu. Housing assignments for applications submitted after June 24 will be announced later in July.
