All hands on deck to fight the coronavirus

It's lunchtime in the Duncan Student Center, but it's virtually empty. Students are mostly in their residence halls, attending class through laptop computer screens. University President Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., announced last Tuesday that in-person instruction would be suspended for undergraduates for two weeks to tamp down the rapid spread of the coronavirus. For the 375 Building Services staff members and others across the University, it's all hands on deck to keep campus safe for students. (More...)

$40M federal award to improve global education outcomes

The Pulte Institute for Global Development, along with the Institute for Educational Initiatives (IEI) and its Global Center for the Developent of the Whole Child, received funding to work toward improving education in a number of low-to-middle income countries. (More...)
