HOW ARE WE OFFICIALLY IN HOLIDAY SEASON? Wasn't it just summer vacay? Anyway, with the sun setting earlier and days getting shorter, let's cut to the chase...we are grateful for you, always and can't wait to share what we have in store for November! 
Here's a quick look at a few updates:
  • Moms Day Out (MDO) Brunch this Saturday!
  • Thanksgiving 7AM Body Back Class 
  • Bowling on Monday, November 12th
  • NO Stroller Strides on Thursday November 22nd and Friday November 23rd

Join us on November 28th for an informative and interactive evening led by Miles Gorder, CPT, FMS, and owner of Milestones Movement studio here in Davis. He also may or may not be a bachelor on the Bachelorette!!!

Bands, bands, bands...
At the beginning of every month, especially with the temperature dropping, check your bands for any wear and tear to avoid them snapping while exercising and risking any injury. We have replacement bands available for $10.
