Rebel Run is HAPPENING

Classes of 2024 and 2025! Make sure you’ve signed up for your class’s Rebel Run during the football game this weekend. If you haven’t already, you can register here for Class of 2024 or here for Class of 2025.

New wristbands will be given out, so keep an eye on your inbox and email saa@olemiss.edu with questions. Rebel Run students get into the game for free and get a free shirt!

Around Town: Coffee edition

It’s cold and we don’t want to be anywhere that doesn’t have WiFi and coffee. Branch out and find some new places to study, or stick with your tried-and-true spot.

Common Ground Coffee Bar: Specialty drinks and great sandwiches in the Oxford Commons.

Heartbreak Coffee: You might have to compete with some Oxford High students for a table, but the great coffee and housemade donuts and vegan sausage biscuits are worth it.

High Point Coffee: Located on Old Taylor Road, High Point has a drive-thru, indoor and outdoor seating and friendly staff.

Lost Dog Coffee: A 10-minute drive from Oxford in Taylor, Lost Dog Coffee is a great spot to get away from the noise and concentrate in a cozy spot.

Starbucks: You know where to find one and what you’re going to order. The only question is: Union, Library, Coulter Hall or Jackson Ave.?

Uptown Coffee: Good snacks, friendly staff and lots of space to spread out, located on the Square.

Free study abroad, please!

That could happen if you join the Chancellor’s Wellness Challenge. The Challenge encourages students to check in with their mental health, get some exercise and connect with friends. Any time you log any self-care activities in the Cred app, you’re eligible for prizes like Ole Miss swag, scholarships and a month-long study abroad trip to France. 🥖The Challenge ends Friday, Nov. 19, so go ahead and start here!
