REGISTER:  Student Organization Leadership Conference 

October 14th, 2017, 10am-3pm, SUB

Third Annual Student Organization Leadership Conference hosted by the Office of Student Engagement, in partnership with the Leadership Institute.
Each club must send a minimum of one student leader.

Extended Wednesday Office Hours

The Office of Student Engagement will have extended office hours every Wednesday until 6:30pm.  If you need to drop off paperwork, or just have a question, please stop by SUB 222!

Open Funding Board Positions 

We are seeking two at-large members for Student Organization Funding Board and one member for Club Sports Funding Board.  If you are interested, learn more and apply!  We encourage members and leaders of clubs to apply!

Outdoor Program Request

If you plan to hold an outdoor event or program in an outdoor area of campus, fill out the Outdoor Program Request Form. This form must be completed and approved to hold the event or program.  
Please note: All requests must be submitted at least two full weeks before the event date. If you submit outside of that time frame, we cannot guarantee approval of the event.

Post-Game (Gold Rush) Clean Up Help Needed--earn $400 for your club!

  • Report to Stadium at 9:15pm on Saturday (9th)
  • 15 people needed
  • Between 1.5 - 2 hours of work

Career Fair Volunteers Needed! 

  • Volunteers are needed Wednesday October 4th for set up, Thursday October 5th for Career Fair, and Friday October 6th for Interview day 
  • Your club will earn $8.05 an hour for every volunteer hour worked and can apply for matching Funds

Join us and 200 other MSU students in giving back to the Bozeman community this Saturday, Sept. 9th! Please pre-register.

On September 22, from 11:30am - 1:00pm, come help and clean cigarette butts around our campus. You can earn 1,000 in Champ Change and a FREE  T-Shirt.
