Coming in March 2020: The Portal will have a New Look and Features
Salesforce, the application we use to host the Portal, is phasing out our current interface and moving to a more modern look and feel.
To prepare for the new user interface (and some new features we will roll out later in 2020), the Multifamily Customer Portal will be unavailable March 20 to March 29. 
What should I do to prepare?
  • Plan ahead. Work with your assigned Minnesota Housing staff to plan for the week the Portal is unavailable. Staff will still be available by phone or email while the Portal is offline. 
  • Download Google Chrome. The recommended browser for the new user interface is Google Chrome. Learn more about supported browsers
  • Stay tuned for more information. Watch for more details in the coming month, including new feature highlights and training resources.
