Hello to you all! I hope this message finds you planning for, or just back from, spending time with your families at a great vacation spot. While the halls of the college are a little more quiet than usual right now, our students are continuing to learn as they take part in internships, introductory pharmacy experiences, and advanced pharmacy practice experiences. Thank you to all of the wonderful preceptors who make experiential learning possible for our students!
The faculty and staff of the College continue to be hard at work as well. In fact, we are just back from a two-day retreat during which we kicked off two important endeavors, one focused on curricular exploration and planning, and another focused on defining the values and culture important to our College family. Faculty and staff will be working through the summer to further define the values that we wish to exemplify, and to see exemplified, by each member of our College of Pharmacy family. The work these faculty and staff are doing will be fundamental to shaping the future culture of our College of Pharmacy community. There is something always happening in the College of Pharmacy, and we cannot wait to welcome students back in August!
