September Aggie Ring
Distribution Update

Congratulations! You’ve worked hard to earn this achievement, and we want the process of receiving your Aggie Ring to be as safe and easy as possible. We know that this is a semester marked by changes as our community works together to slow the spread of COVID-19, and we have adjusted Aggie Ring distribution accordingly. Below, you’ll find the information you need to safely bring your new Aggie Ring home!

You have three options:

1. Shipping: To have your Aggie Ring shipped, please contact the Aggie Ring Program by Sept. 9 at AggieRing@AggieNetwork.com or (979) 845-1050 to make arrangements. Rings will be shipped on Tuesday, Sept. 22, scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, Sept. 23. The cost of shipping is $20 in most instances. If you add shipping after Sept. 9, the earliest you may receive your Aggie Ring is Sept 30.
2.  Pick-up: Sign up for a pick-up time for the week of Sept. 21-25 at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center.
  • You will need to select your Ring Ticket at tx.ag/RingTicket.
  • Ring Ticket pull opens on Friday, Sept. 11, at 7 a.m., and early access for Century Club members opens on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 7 a.m.
  • Ring recipients may enter the restricted area around the Alumni Center any time during their 30-minute ticket time slot. Do not show up early.
  • ONLY the Ring recipient will be allowed to enter the restricted area around the Alumni Center, the Ring Plaza and inside the Alumni Center. We do not encourage guests to accompany you to campus. Instead, we encourage you to share your experience of opening your Aggie Ring box for the first time with your close family and friends at home.
  • The entire pick-up process will take no more than 15 minutes.
  • You can make changes to your Ring Ticket online.
3. Delayed Pick-up: Pick up your Aggie Ring at the Alumni Center any time during regular business hours on or after Monday, Sept. 28. This option does not require a Ring Ticket.
  • For the foreseeable future, only the Ring recipient will be allowed in the building to pick up their Aggie Ring.
  • The Ring Office is closed on Saturdays and Rings will not be available for pick-up.

Important Information

  • During the Sept. 21-25 distribution week, family and friends will NOT be able to enter the restricted area around the Alumni Center, the Haynes Ring Plaza or in the Alumni Center with you. The Alumni Center parking lot will be closed to the public.
  • If you pick up your Ring at the Alumni Center, we encourage you to share your experience of opening your Aggie Ring box for the first time with your close family and friends at home. Please ensure you abide by current government guidelines and celebrate responsibly.
  • Please note: these plans are subject to change if government or university guidance changes.

Health and Safety Information

  • Face coverings are required both inside and outside the Alumni Center, in line with Texas A&M’s face mask policy.
  • Social distancing will be practiced both inside and outside the Alumni Center. Please be respectful of others around you.
  • We encourage anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19, is quarantining or is feeling ill to please consider the potential impact on other Aggies and adjust their pick-up plans accordingly.
We understand that this is not necessarily the Aggie Ring Day you anticipated. Please know that this change in circumstances does not diminish the significance of your great accomplishment. Congratulations on earning your Aggie Ring; we know you will wear it every day with pride!
