We are attending and setting up a "Destination Wine Road" area within the Grand Tasting on Sat. Nov. 12.

We currently have 9 wineries signed up. We'd love even more Wine Road wineries there pouring. Table costs were $650, but they are offering them to us for $300 (plus a $50 donation). Once you register and pay, Wine Road will reimburse you $100 to make it even more affordable.

2. In the "comments" you MUST write Wine Road, in order to be in our area.

Wine & Food Affair Nov 5-6, 2022

1250 Tickets Sold (more than last year).

Goal 1500...although 2000 would be outstanding!

Please share details on your social platforms - this is an All Hands On Deck situation - every participating winery needs to help promote this event to help sell tickets. Team Work makes the Dream Work :-)

Time to Sign-up For Winter Wineland

January 14-15, 2023 ~ 11:00-4:00 both days

Each winery will be asked to set up a "photo" area for social sharing - be it a selfie frame or a staged area like this example from Balletto. Wineries will be reimbursed up to $250 for supplies for this.

The deadline to sign-up is Oct. 21.

Tickets launch Nov. 10 (9th for Insiders).

Plan what you can offer for the weekend that would draw people in. We are pitching it as a weekend to restock your cellar. We will be giving out 6-bottle bags to each attendee at check-in.

If you haven't already responded, now is the time.

We will have new maps in Jan. and they will be in circulation for a year.

Holiday Gift Guide

This week we're pulling together our annual Holiday Gift Guide. This will be sent out Nov. 3rd, to our 50,000+ subscribers.

I have room to include the first 20 wineries that supply a SQUARE formatted photo and a 10 -15 word description, with a link to purchase.

Please do not send a PDF document with a paragraph of info - I can't use that.

The Gift Guide will also include info about gift certificates to LODGINGS, or booking a holiday get-away. If a lodging has a photo that shows holiday decorations, I'd love to include those.

CALLING ALL LODGING MEMBERS...

We are going to be adding a page to our website, that will essentially be a collage of photos - one from each of our lodging members. When a customer clicks on the photo, it will take them to your page.

We are going with the idea that "a picture is worth 1000 words".

We need YOU to send us one SQUARE formatted photo - send to beth@wineroad.com. The sooner we get them all, the sooner the page will be up.
