Creating Partnerships - Wineries and Lodgings

We'd love to see more wineries pouring at our lodging properties, it would be great to see wineries offer their wine club members special rates at partner lodgings. For the wineries that offer 2 for 1 tasting cards - we are collecting a list of lodging properties that could use them.
LODGINGS - please fill out this form
WINERIES - review the form and see which lodgings are interested in connecting with you.
Now is the time to support each other. If you want more traffic to your winery, they need a place to stay. Do you have a list of lodgings that you like to recommend?

Winter Wineland Jan. 15-16, 2022

Sign-up via Eventbrite - this is the link  DEADLINE Oct. 29 (FRIDAY)
We are planning the same format as Wine & Food Affair, selling tickets and making reservations via CellarPass. Tasting will be by reservation at each winery, same time slots.  You will have space to list what you are offering for the weekend, in our online program.  Like Wine & Food Affair, there will be no food reimbursement.
We will promote your Friday night tastings, winemaker dinners, wine receptions, happy hours...AND, we'd love to see wineries offer something special on Monday Jan. 17.
These extra events are something you would manage on your end and sell your tickets. It's a 3-day weekend - take advantage of it.  Maybe you can't do the event, but you could manage a small evening reception...make it happen.
As with all events, if you are serving food, you will need the special event food permit, which we need to supply to the County Health Dept.  You can include the permit number when you sign up. Again, there will be no food reimbursement.
We have 30 signed up, our goal is 40...we're getting there.
For this event, we will provide information for all participating wineries to set up a CellarPass account, so they can view their reservations - not manage them, or change them, but view them as they come in.  Wineries do NOT have to use Cellar Pass for their regular day to day operations, to be able to see this feature.  That should alleviate some of the stress of waiting to see how your individual reservations are going.
If you are on the fence about the event, please sign-up before the deadline. It's easy to delete or edit your details, it's a pain to add you once we have pulled the sign-up details.
Happy to share this again -  we sold 1213 tickets!
By now every winery has their RSVP list, so you know who to expect for each day and time slot
You can go ahead and sell any seats you have remaining to regular tasters and collect your tasting fees.
Supply pick up Nov. 3rd 9:00-2:00
Wine Road Office 1437 Grove Street
Glasses - not to be used for the event, they are a memento. Wristbands so you don't confuse event attendees from non-event guests, Printed itinerary for each of your starting guests, in case they can't find it on their phone, forgot it etc. Event Stickers ~ just for the fun of it and a couple of Wood Cutting Boards as a gift for your Designated Drivers.
