   FINALS PREP
Welcome back students! We hope everyone had a warm and restful break. Finals week begins Saturday, Dec. 10, through Friday, Dec. 16, and here are a few things to remember as you prepare to study and complete your final projects:
  • Make sure you know when and where your tests are being held — these may not be at the same time or in the same location as your regular class schedule.
  • Wednesday, Dec. 7, and Thursday, Dec. 9, are pre-final days when classes are not held to allow students time to study.
  • Final grades/academic standing will be posted on your official transcript by 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21.
  • Did you rent textbooks from Barnes & Noble in the University Union this semester? The deadline to return them is 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16. Don’t forget, or you may be charged a late fee. Make sure the textbooks are in good condition without water damage or torn pages. Marks with a highlighter and pencil inside the book are okay.
  • Finally, don’t forget to take care of yourself through the week of exams! While these tips to prepare for and take exams were originally written for students taking courses online, they can be useful for anyone studying for finals.
