| The Evolution of Plant Exploration at Longwood Gardens |
This winter, with our new Science Saturdays, we invite you to learn about one of our many plant research and conservation projects and meet the talented staff behind the work.
For our next Science Saturday, join us in our Conservatory Ballroom on February 18 at 1 pm as Associate Director of Conservation Horticulture & Plant Breeding Dr. Peter Zale explores our plant exploration program and how its partnerships and research contribute to the conservation of the world’s diversity of orchids.
Registration is not required for Science Saturdays. Our last Science Saturday of the season is on March 18 at 1 pm, during which Senior Research Specialist Ashley Clayton will discuss our living plant collections, with a spotlight on clivia.
