We are constantly strengthening our internal systems and operations to work more effectively and achieve greater milestones for our clients and our company. In this spirit of continuous improvement, we have recently expanded our internal operations which, in turn, will help strengthen our field operations.

We are pleased to welcome Danielle Gunther as our Vice President of Operations, Matt McKoane as Director of Field Operations and Chris Schneider, who was recently promoted to Senior Job Superintendent. These individuals possess a wealth of construction operation experience and have already established themselves as assets to our company. We value their expertise and are excited about our future with them.

As vice president of operations, Danielle will oversee all construction operations including new construction, remodeling, warranty service and estate management. She will also lead the development and enforcement of business policies and procedures for our company and its teams.

Gunther began her career in Connecticut with a large commercial construction management firm and has 30 years of experience in construction and project management. Her experience also includes 10 years with Yale University as associate director of project management and project manager, while also managing large capital construction projects with architects and designers throughout the world. She worked for PepsiCo Global Real Estate in New York for five years, managing multiple teams who delivered office and laboratory renovations in various PepsiCo offices and subsidiaries including Frito Lay.

MAGNIFICENT QUAIL WEST ESTATE NEARING COMPLETION

This fall, we look forward to unveiling our latest custom estate, located at 6647 Edgecumbe Drive, on one of Quail West’s few remaining homesites.

Comprising 4,883 air-conditioned square feet, the four-bedroom, four full and two half-bath estate will offer an expansive layout in harmony with the homesite. It is designed by Stofft Cooney Architects, LLC, with interior design by Adriene Ged of EDGE and landscape architecture by Outside Productions, Inc.

A semi-circular driveway of tri-color pavers will lead to the front entrance, with a black metal iron door, fountains and turf detail. Extensive curb appeal will include natural limestone cladding, a trellised motor court and two-car garages on the home’s east and west sides, each with black metal doors.

Indoors, the custom estate is designed for livability and comfort, with clean lines and unique materials, mixed metals, a matte black and gold color palette, natural stone cladding, vaulted ceilings, decorative beams, wood paneling detail, blonde wood interiors, Sub-Zero® and Wolf® appliances, custom range hood, natural stone and walnut countertops with brass supports, and matching cabinetry by EDGE™.

The expansive outdoor living area will include a full summer kitchen, pool bath, pool and spa, two guest suites and a spacious guest casita with morning bar. Highlights include turf detail, a black metal pergola, conversation areas and outdoor fireplace with stone cladding.

Building Dreams Foundation hosts the First Annual Golf Scramble on Thursday, October 27. A portion of proceeds will benefit Hurricane Ian recovery efforts via United Way’s SWFL Emergency Relief Fund, as well as Habitat for Humanity.
