Hi Andrea, I hope the start of 2021 is off to a great start in your neck of the woods. I wanted to let you know that Austin Film Festival’s Script Competition is open for entries! We think our competition would be a great way for your group members to give their work some exposure, and of course, compete for a chance to place, which can open doors that otherwise might take years to walk through. But, regardless of placement, all entrants receive free reader comments so at the very least they’ll get feedback on their script from seasoned readers. We would love if you could pass this message along to your group members. Our submission deadlines are:  Early Deadline: March 26, 2021 Regular Deadline: April 16, 2021 Late Deadline: May 21, 2021 In addition to feature screenplays and teleplay pilots and specs, we also accept short screenplays, digital series scripts, stage plays, and fiction podcast scripts.
