Dear Graduate Students,
The deadline for application submission was Friday, March 13, 2020 by 4 p.m. to 3117 Cheadle Hall in hard copy form. In consideration of recent unanticipated events, the Graduate Division is extending the submission deadline to Tuesday, March 17, 2020. Additionally, students may elect to submit applications electronically via email to Financial@graddiv.ucsb.edu. Electronic applications should be sent from a valid campus email address and can be signed by either DocuSign Signature or scanned hard copy signature. Faculty Members with a preference to submit letters of recommendation electronically for By-Student Applications may do so by email to Financial@graddiv.ucsb.edu from a valid campus email address.
Academic Departments submitting nominations for by-nomination continuing student central competitions have likewise been provided additional time and electronic submission options.
We understand we may not have thought of every implication of these changes. If there is anything the Graduate Division can do to help, please let us know.
