100% CLIMATE NEUTRAL in SWITZERLAND

Tschuggen Hotel Group's four properties - Tschuggen Grand Hotel, Valsana Hotel, Carlton Hotel and Hotel Eden Roc - are all 100% climate neutral and produce zero co2 emissions. And its Valsana is Switzerland's most sustainable resort, even using an innovative "ice battery" to cool the property.

ZERO EMISSIONS in ITALY

Consistent with Lefay Collection's values of well-being and sustainability, both of its luxury, wellness eco-resorts Lefay Resort & Spa Dolomiti (left) and Lefay Resort & Spa Lago di Garda (right) are totally zero-emission and certified by the world's most reputable organizations.

LEED CERTIFIED in CALIFORNIA

The Lodge at Edgewood Tahoe (left) is certified LEED silver, through a variety of initiatives from projects to improve wildlife habitat around Lake Tahoe to providing Tesla charging stations for guests. In Sausalito, Cavallo Point (right) preserved and restored 17 historic structures and used sustainable construction techniques in the development of the resort, earning a LEED gold certification and numerous awards including the Global Vision Award for Sustainability (Travel + Leisure) and World Legacy Award for Sense of Place (National Geographic).

LOCALLY SOURCED at LADERA

Ladera Resort has all its furniture built from resources found on the property using local artisans to craft unique pieces that reflect the island culture. It also contributes resources to local schools to help foster St. Lucia's island community.

PRESERVING WILDLIFE in BIG SUR

Pioneering eco-resort Post Ranch Inn maintains a 100-acre site including 90 acres of protected open space in California's Big Sur. The land is home to a number of indigenous species, including several that are rare, endangered or threatened such as Smith's blue butterfly, California red-legged frog or the California condor. To ensure these species continue to flourish, an extensive plan is in effect that includes conservation, site management, habitat protection and guest education.
