Description of Product Issue
We have experienced issues in the field with RO-A units receiving E61 – Pump Pressure faults. Upon investigation, the issue has been found to be product-related and has been escalated to our engineering department to determine a solution.
A solution is being tested and once validated, we will implement on all production units and lift the product hold.
Appropriate retrofit parts will be provided to units in the field.
Timeline
This RO-A product issue has been escalated and is being treated with top priority in order to return to regular product availability. Unfortunately, we do not have a confirmed timeline for implementation of the solution; we will continue to provide updates as we get more information.
