Tacoma Baptist is excited for the start of school and to have the opportunity to work witth your kids again! In regard to athletics, the 2020-2021 tentative schedules are set for High School and Middle Schooll Sports so be planning for them!
SMALL POD WORKOUT SESSIONS will be resuming again for our athletes! During the time frame from Sept 28th-Nov 30th, the WIAA has approved for coaches to work with their athletes again. The PODS will continue to be in groups of 5 while we are in Phase 2. In Phase 3, the PODS will grow to groups of 10. Alll COVID Protocol will continue to be folllowed to keep our kids safe.
Small athletic workout pods for our 9th-12th athletes (including 8th graders playing up to HS sports) will be organized first. Once the high school PODS are in place, there wil lbe some MIDDLE SCHOOL POD opportunities as well.
How do you sign your child up for Athletic POD Sessions?
- Send an email to the coach for each specific sport to request a spot.
- POD sessions for athletes won't start until 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon when class session are over. (Commuting time was also factored in.)
- Once the coaches know what athletes are interested in a POD spot, more specific details will be sent.
