HONORING CHARLIE KIRK

We are saddened by the passing of Charlie Kirk, a passionate and influential voice in the conservative movement. Through his work, he inspired countless young people to stand firm in their values and take an active role in shaping the future of our nation. On September 21st, a prayer vigil was held in his honor at Charlie Daniels Park, where supporters and community members gathered to reflect, pray, and remember the impact of his life and message. His voice and vision will continue to inspire many for years to come.

CELEBRATING OUR VETERANS

On September 7th, we had the privilege of attending a surprise presentation ceremony honoring Air Force Staff Sergeant and Vietnam Veteran Johnny Mack Williams with a Quilt of Valor. We are so thankful for his service and grateful for the opportunity to celebrate him and his wife, Kathy.

BATTLE OF THE BADGES BLOOD DRIVE

On September 23, the Jimmy Floyd Center proudly hosted the Battle of the Badges Blood Drive, bringing together local heroes and community members for a great cause. It was an exciting day, especially getting to meet Renee Krenson and Ryan Gilbert, who brought great energy and support to the event.

EXCITING GRADUATIONS

This month, we had the privilege of attending the graduation ceremony for inmates at the Wilson County Jail who earned their GEDs. Sandy Anderson, who leads this important program, continues to make a meaningful difference by helping inmates achieve their educational goals. We are proud of the incredible work Sandy and her team are doing to change lives and build brighter futures.

NEW OPENINGS AROUND TOWN

We were thrilled to welcome Salvo's Pizza to the community with a ribbon cutting September 19th.

We joined Core Massage and Wellness to Mark their grand opening September 26th.

We celebrated the grand opening of Future Generation Early Learning Center in Mt. Juliet on October 2nd. We are grateful for their support in teaching the next generation.

It was a joy to take part in the Empower Me Center for Learning groundbreaking ceremony. This marks an exciting new chapter for an organization that continues to make a difference in our community by providing opportunities for growth, inclusion, and empowerment for individuals of all abilities.

WILSON COUNTY DAY OF PRAYER MEETING

This week, a prayer meeting was held at Cumberland University in honor of the Wilson County Day of Prayer.
It was a meaningful time of reflection and unity as members of the community came together to lift up Wilson County and its people in prayer.
