We are pleased to announce an exciting new feature now available in Workday. Effective 11/16, you will now have the option to split your paycheck direct deposits between two different bank accounts or two institutions by updating your “Payment Elections” in Workday. You can split your paychecks either by a stated dollar amount or by a percentage.
To make use of this feature:
- Navigate to the ‘Pay’ application from your homepage within Workday
- Then select ‘Payment Elections’ found within the ‘My Elections’ section on the next page.
- From there, you can add new accounts and edit existing payment elections.
IMPORTANT: make sure you have your bank routing and account numbers on hand before entering into Workday to make any changes.
