		Employee Spotlight – Robin Dailey Robin, what is your role at WIN? CSR (Customer Service Rep) How long have you been with WIN? August of 2020 What is your favorite part of your job so far? I have been able to build relationships with my employees and they are all very welcoming and helpful. Being able to satisfy customers with my help is a great feeling! The atmosphere I work in is enjoyable and the energy is positive. Working at WIN has been a great experience so far! Tell us a bit about your family. Pets? I have been married for 6 years. My husband's name is Chris. I have two children. My son, Sandler is 1 and my daughter Zoey is 8 years old. Where did you grow up? I grew up in Lake City, Iowa. What types of things do you like to do in your spare time? Hobbies? I enjoy camping, boating, playing guitar and writing music. Spending time with family and friends are some other things I do in my spare time.
