K-4 STUDENT DEVICE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please help return BISD-issued devices.
Attention guardians of K-4 students: If your student hasn't returned their BISD iPad or Chromebook (including the power charger), you may return the school device or equipment to the District Office, located at 8489 Madison Ave NE. (We are located in the same parking lot as the Aquatics Center.)

IMPORTANT: Because of limited staffing during the summer break and current COVID safety procedures, please make an appointment at least 48 hours in advance to ensure someone is present to receive the equipment. Please DO NOT drop off the equipment unattended if no one is present.

Place BISD technical equipment into a paper bag and attach a note with the student’s full name, school, grade, and teacher’s name. Drop-off times during summer office hours are 9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Thursday.
