2022 Youngstown State University Voluntary Separation or Retirement Program 

Please go to the following link to find the 2022 Youngstown State University Voluntary Separation or Retirement Program (VSRP) information packet.  This information packet is designed to help you think through whether you wish to apply for the VSRP.  Please review the information carefully.  The information packet includes a number of frequently asked questions (FAQs).  Additional FAQs will be posted on the Office of Human Resources website (see VSRP Frequently Asked Questions). These FAQs will be updated periodically as questions are received regarding the VSRP.   
If you are interested in in applying for the VSRP, complete and submit the VSRP Application Form (Appendix A) and the Beneficiary Designation Form (Appendix B, which is optional).  If you are accepted for the VSRP, the University will provide you with the First Release and Waiver Agreement on or before October 7, 2022.
