Hello BHS Community - Thank you so much to everyone who contributed in large and small ways to such a joyous Homecoming last week filled with the return of some special older traditions alongside some new ones  - it was so wonderful to see our students so happy to dress up on theme days, decorate our hallways, get loud in our pep assembly, paint their faces, wear togas, and genuinely enjoy the spirit of the week. On Saturday evening we hosted over 500 students who filled our new 100 building for the return of BHS school dances and I think it is safe to say that this event was a total success! Our leadership students knocked the planning of this dance out of the park! Special thanks to our amazing PTSO for the beautiful dessert spread for our students during the evening.
As a reminder, our first in-person open house for parents and guardians is next Thursday 10/20.  Please be sure to see the details below. We look forward to seeing you there and sharing many details with you about our school.
Go Spartans!

BISD cares about communication

and wants to make sure BISD families, staff and community members have the information they need to stay informed about our students, schools and district happenings.
We need your help! Please take the brief survey(s) that best corresponds with your connection(s) to BISD by clicking on the button(s) below. All survey responses are anonymous, and your honest thoughts and opinions will help us fine-tune our communication efforts.
A lot has changed since BISD last completed a formal communication analysis in 2006 when Myspace was the #1 website & the iPhone hadn't yet been released. We look forward to learning how we can better communicate with you.
Please note that the survey is administered by a third party, and some questions/responses may not be relevant to BISD. In those cases, please select "NA" for your response.
If you have any questions, please contact Erin Bischoff at or 206-780-1081.

*If you belong to a BHS sport/club or classs that is leaving early or will be absent all day, your parent/guardian does not need to notify the Attendance Office, you do not need to get a green slip or sign out.
