BU Podcasts with Bob Black and with Roland White
This week we are posting two podcasts interviews. The first is with banjo player, and former Blue Grass Boy, Bob Black. Terry Baucom was scheduled for this week, but since Roland White saddly passed last week, we rearranged the podcast schedule since on the Bob Black podcast, in addition to talking with Bob about his career, we talk about his new biographical book on Roland White soon to be released by the University of Illinois Press.
Additionally, we are posting a special podcast interview that was conducted in September of 1982 with Roland White by Orin Friesen. Orin sent us the recording and we thought our listeners would like to hear it. We thank Orin for his generous contribution.
