PSA Pop-up Gallery September - December 2022 Call for Entries
Welcome to PSA’s POP UP one-day exhibition in Highland Park, beginning in September. This event is for PSA members who have paid their dues for 2022.
The Pop-up Gallery is located at 6189 North Figueroa Street, just south of York Boulevard in Highland Park.
We will hold the PSA POP UP the 2nd Saturday of the month in September, October and December to coincide with the monthly Highland Park Art Walks. The November exhibition will be held on the third Saturday.
The exhibition dates are
Saturday September 10/Sunday September 11
Saturday October 8/Sunday October 9
Saturday November 19/Sunday November 20
Saturday December 10/Sunday December 11
This is a "first-come / first-served" event. If all the slots are filled for your first choice date, you will be given preference for your second choice. If those slots are filled, you will be given preference for the third date. Members can exhibit more than once, but because space is limited and to be fair, the Exhibition Committee will give preference to someone who has not exhibited yet over someone who has.

Artists are required to staff the gallery, make their own sales, install and tear down on the same day or Sunday. No limit on amount of artwork installed in space. Print bins may be placed in front of display. PSA has 10 print bins available for use by artist. Artist to provide all necessary installation hardware and signage. 3D artists need to provide display stands. Limited floor space in front of display wall available.

Please note that PSA CARRIES LIABILITY ONLY - we do not cover the insurance for any art work.
There are twelve 4 ft. spaces available (see the floor plan below).
Installation schedule: Saturdays: 12:30 pm - 4pm
Exhibition Schedule: Saturdays: 5pm - 10pm
Take down: Saturdays after 10pm OR Sundays
Entry Fee: $60.00 per each weekend event
Paypal button available at PSA website.
This is a “Cash & Carry” sales process, plan accordingly.
PSA will not be responsible for any sales transactions or the collection of any sales tax.
During the Saturday evening exhibition there will be a presentation featuring poetry.
Light refreshments will be available for gallery visitors.
