Greetings from the University Staff Advisory Council!

October Meeting Highlights

Our meeting was jam-packed with information that will BENEFIT you!
  • Catherine Wood, Executive Director, Total Rewards, shared information about open enrollment, which begins October 18 and runs through October 29.  This is an active enrollment year, meaning you must make a health plan election.  View our USAC conversation online.
  • Brad Awalt, manager with Health Plus reminded us to complete our Go for the Gold requirements before October 31, 2021, to receive the benefit for 2022.
  • A proposal focused on Paid Parental Leave was approved by the Council and sent to administration.  View the full proposal on our website.  Thank you to our Staff Life Committee for their work on this important topic.

Have you registered for our first Virtual Coffee Break of the fall?
The coffee break is open to all staff members and provides a short 20-minute breather during the workday for a little face-to-face interaction.  As many are transitioning to a hybrid work schedule, the discussion topic will be "Returning to Campus".  Join the Zoom and chat!
For security purposes, registration is required.
